Project Pillowcase: Bringing Cheer to Overseas Military

Throughout 2024, youth will use their time and talents to decorate pillowcases for Operation Gratitude, which includes them in military care packages.

Their website states, “We need volunteers to create pillowcases for our troops to sleep on each night. And as a bonus, they can also use them as laundry bags!”

Come decorate a pillowcase at our festival booths. Look for us at the NOVA Family Fair (Sept. 14, Vienna), Vienna Octoberfest (Oct. 5,) and the City of Fairfax Fall Festival (Oct. 12).
