Kids Volunteer Day in Oakton, September 21

Kids Volunteer Day gives children the opportunity to spend their day off making a difference in their community. Through fun, hands-on volunteer projects, kids will work together to support local nonprofits and the people they serve.

Throughout the day, kids will:

• Complete meaningful volunteer projects that address real community needs
• Meet nonprofit leaders and learn firsthand about the important work they do
• Work in teams, building leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Discover some of the challenges facing families and individuals in our community
• Experience how rewarding—and fun—it can be to volunteer!

Registration is limited to 24 children.
